Medieval Food

Hot off the press.

I have been working with Kaaron and the people at Rydges (the Canberra hotel where Conflux will have some of its activities) to get together a decent menu for the medieval feast. The head chef has approved the menu unchanged - what this means is no compromises with the food. Late fourteenth century recipes and a late fourteenth century menu design. And they can do it for the $40 a head we asked! If anyone is thinking about Conflux (Queen's Birthday weekend) and this might decide them, I am happy to give sources and explain how I developed the whole thing. Or you could check out either of the following two place to check that I know what I am doing:

PS Why do things always hot up just before you are out of touch entirely for a bit?
