Sometimes Mondays slip between normal realities. This Monday is almost doing so. I have already started it twice in the hopes that it will remain firmly as a space between worlds, but just when I think it will be truly interstitial I get an email asking for a few sentences about someone's short story. The consequence of emails like this is that my brain remains in interstitial Mondayspace but my computer thinks it's in real time.

You all know that Kaaron Warren is here for a limited time, answering difficult questions and delving into those dark depths that are her writing? Well, if you know all that, what are you doing reading this, when you could be talking to her? This is your big chance to discover how she can be so nice and warm and friendly and write such scary stuff. And you're wasting it reading my blog. I am shaking my head at the strangeness of humanity.

PS She rewards really good questions with recipes. Yummy recipes.

My other blog has statistics (this is like "my other car is a whatever") and today someone used the search string "middle age baby dragon imports" to find it. I'm pretty sure they ended up at my entry on dragon's blood. I wish I knew what they made of it. Just to reassure the gormless, no dragons are harmed in the making of dragon's blood. Especially not imported baby dragons. At least, I'm pretty sure they're not.
