Sep. 14th, 2005 12:58 pmThis morning was torn in two. Half of it was me wondering how to transfer all those interesting thoughts on BFF and reader relationships to short stories. What *is* the reader compact for a short story? Not the same as a novel, that's for sure.
The other half was me being interviewed. It was a long interview but entirely fun. Watch the Canberra Times next Wednesday for details. And for recipes. Photos happen either tomorrow or Friday. Thank goodness they are not of me!!
I like the cultural historian/culinary side of myself. I especially like the olive/artichoke dip that side of myself makes for journalists. I polished it off for lunch. My reward for explaining rabbinical theory cogently and telling cute stories about Linzer Torte in Vienna during World War I.
