My unfinished fiction falls neatly into two categories: probable mistakes and work in progress. Let me get the mistakes over with. Please keep your laughter subdued.
Probable mistakes:
There were supposed to be people here. ("A Fascination Frantic")
A weary coming they had of it. It endured a thousand years. (the King Arthur novel that was completely overtaken by Illuminations. They have nothing in common except Arthur, but this one is dead as a dodo: stuff happens.)
Current unfinished work:
Ghosts haunt. Vampires appear softly from dark corners. Spirits look you in the eye and shock you into questioning your existence. Ideas stay wedged inside you, safe and happy. (Voices aka Rhonda the Geek)
Sudland. Not Alia, not the Far East, not the Central Towns. (my Medievalish book dislodged temporarily by Voices)
And that's it, I think. Most of my unfinished stuff is non-fiction. I don't have unfinished short stories. And the opening lines of the unfinished work are liable to change at any moment.
