Wednesdays I teach by Lake Tuggeranong. Today we did exercises to help sort out some of the differences between narrative writing and descriptive writing. My frighteningly intellectual summary on one side of the white board read "This and this and this" and the other read "This then this and then this and then this." It was a placid morning, with clouds turning all the birds on the lake into coots.
