Today Nicole and Val and I are going to a Bollywood dance workshop. It will the first time I have danced in who-knows-when. It won't be the last though. I have an Andre van der Plaas workshop on Tuesday night. In both cases I will be out of my depth and out of my fitness level but I intend to have fun. Also to discover if I still have feet.
