The squirrel's revenge

I've had it suggested to me that it was rather evil of me to post squirrel recipes, poor little critters. Once I got past the notion that somebody thought I wasn't evil, I then thought perhaps we should allow the squirrels to have their revenge occasionally. I just love this line:
Picture a large man on a huge black and chrome cruiser, dressed in jeans, a t-shirt, and leather gloves puttering maybe 25mph down a quiet residential street…and in the fight of his life with a squirrel. And losing.
