(no subject)

I taught this morning. We did the Chaucer and we read William Blake and we had a special guest who I had entirely forgotten.

Why had I forgotten? Last night's aches did indeed turn out to be a virus. I came straight home after teaching and fell into bed.

I have just fallen out of bed purely to tell you I'm unwell. I'm not that unwell. Just feeling a bit steamrollered and very faded. I suspect I shall fall back into bed very, very soon.
