If Sartorias was cloned, what would be the plural? I suddenly have a great desire to know.

I felt like making some bread for dinner. I didn't want (or need) much and I wanted to use a naan base. Naan is makeable in small batches, after all, and is entirely scrummy.

My bread mixture needs to be called "topsy" because it kept growing. It has millet flour and chestnut flour and plain flour and egg and yoghourt and milk and a little bit of sugar. I added some yeast because I wasn't sure of the natural raising capabilities of millet and chestnut. I ate my small piece for dinner. It was light in texture and dark in looks and full of flavour and everything worked togehter. It was also very filling. I still have a big bowl of dough. I might have to freeze it.
