Apr. 16th, 2009 11:03 pmPassover is over and I am tired. If ever you stay in an Orthodox and observant Jewish home during Passover, please remember that on the last day there is much moving of dishes. Much. Even if you only do a small part of it, there are the Pesachtic milchig and fleshig dishes to wrap and pack and stuff and then all the normal dishes have to be moved back in.
I got off lightly, because I can't heft heavy things and because Mum wanted to use this as an opportunity to rearrange her kitchen, but I'm still tired.
The good part of it is that I scored the thing one cooks gem scones in and also a cherry-pipping device. When I get home I will be able to cook gem scones with stoned cherries.
In other news, apparently I started alliterating very young. It proved incurable.
