Jun. 2nd, 2010 06:11 pmI keep losing bits of paper. Since these bits of paper are my external brain, this means I keep losing my brain. It also means that tomorrow is the Day of the Paper Sort. I shall try to make sense of my external brain. This is not a laughing matter.
I've found my Mexican chocolate (to make hot chocolate) and some rather good other chocolate. This is the fuel that will enable my undertaking.
Today's book is End of the Century, by Chris Roberson. It is so not the same as yesterday's book. I don't want to see another book like yesterday's book for a long, long while. Yesterday's book made me weep because the writer was truly very good and the history was...different. Roberson's book nearly made me miss my bus stop because I just had to read another couple of pages and then another couple of pages.
