Jul. 14th, 2010 01:26 amToday was evenly split between sorting out some of the politics of early fourteenth century Languedoc, getting upset about the politics about early fourteenth century Languedoc, reminding myself why this is not the sort of history I enjoy everyday, doing stuff for Baggage and working on the Conflux cookbook.
I had to make that list because it was really a pretty bad day, painwise. That's a pretty substantial amount to have accomplished when on high level pain relief that never quite worked and with most of the day spent in bed or complaining about life (sorry, Elizabeth!).
Canberra still has Weather, incoming and ongoing. I think that I shall treat Wednesday delicately. Maybe leave the politics alone. Cancel my evening out. Live quietly until the Weather is well past.
