I have news and it's not Monday. That's very odd, for I'm used to having news on Mondays. I'm totally looking forward to this. The Queensland Writers' Centre is doing dynamite work and the Brisbane writing community is delightful. Whenever any of them visit more southerly climes I think "I want to see them on their home turf" - and now I can.
