For anyone thinking of dropping in during June or July, I am getting the exact right bean to do historically authentic 15-16th century style coffee. It is my way of getting through winter.

Just a warning though - I am not feeding anyone coffee who has cookbooks of mine until said books are returned (the Continuum program is out, so you can't possibly need them anymore, Dr Barrow!).
