Aug. 7th, 2005 02:18 pmIt suddenly dawned upon me that I am to lose Christopher Eccleston and Tom Baker in the same week. Two of my favourite doctors!!
I was going to wear black, but instead I think I will read medieval medical remedies attributed to Dame Trot. Replace one type of favourite doctor with another.
What awful timing though!! So many Baker episodes left unshown (and so many Pertwee and Troughton). Sigh. The rest of winter will be also-rans. Repeats of also-rans, what's more. I will need my Trotula!!!
(If the ABC had a vile sense of humour, they would put repeats of "All Creatures Great and Small" on at 7.30 pm Saturday. No, I am not going to suggest it to them.)
