Sep. 1st, 2007 01:08 pmI can't access LJ right now from my home machine, so please forgive me if posts are slow in coming for a few days. Right now I'm sneaking onto Donna's computer while she works on my Regency banquet costume.
I promise to do a Bittercon rant when I've sorted out the LJ problem (It's my connection - it apparently cuts out too soon - if anyone knows where to change this on XP, I'd love some advice - I knew where to fix it on my old computer, but not this one). I get the answers to LJ stuff as posts to my email, bt I won't be able to answer here until things behave.
What else have I done? I went marketing. I love marketing in a small city like Canberra. My favourite veggie guy looked up and said "It's you. Good. We've planted multicoloured beets for next season - you'll ike them." And the Belted Galloway farmer asked my name and then said "I thought you were going to say that: I've been thinking of doing one of your courses."
