I've hardly done any work today. I have, however, seen the new Harry Potter film. I've also eaten much junk food. The whole thing was a lot of fun.

I think I shall blame Mik and Conor for everything, just because I can.

Today was mostly about Conflux. We did much work on many wonderful things. Just as soon as those things are reported upon, rest assured I shall link to them. In the interim, Karen gave me a very limited number of proofs of the latest banquet postcard with a Conflux cake recipe (very Louisianan, very 19th century).

The finals will be floating round various places soon, but I have one copy of the proof (errors included!) to give away on this blog and one for my Food History blog. If you want it, all you have to do is comment on this post. I'll draw names out of a hat later in the week. I'm happy to post it anywhere in the world (and I have to do a run to the post office soon, in any case).
