Aug. 12th, 2009 08:51 amToday is list-day. I have one list that absolutely has to be finished before I start teaching. No choices. I wanted to do a little panic, but instead I made coffee. While the kettle was boiuling and while the coffee was brewing I did a bunch of things.
I felt way behind, still. Maybe because it's the fact that I was 3/4 asleep.
Anyhow, I sat down with my coffee and crossed off everything I'd done. Only four things left on my list. A half hour before I have to leave for class. As long as th washing cycle doens't take too long I shall make it.
Time for that coffee. I'd rather go back to sleep, to be honest, but I suspect my students won't appreciate it if I do. Especially since today is the day we nut out the sequence of events for their booklaunch, including the timing for the guitar and flute duet.
There are lots of reasons why today is list-day.
