My reading for Sunday lunchtime is an interesting follow-up on the Jewish fantasy discussion. It touches on some issues that keep invading my life (the Jewish privilege one, for instance - it's good to see it recognised) and it has links to articles that deal with even more issues. It's so strange to recognise things I've experienced in things other people say.



PS I just realised that I've read most of these before. It's been a tough week, though, including on the Jewishness front, so knowing I'm not so much alone as uncommunicative is good. For the record, mostly my Jewishness shows in the underlying decisions I make about the direction of things in novels. Whenever I do a Jewish major character, it always gets me into trouble with someone.
