gillpolackA plethora of announcements today, but only if the word 'plethora' can refer to the number 2.
First and foremost, Conflux is open for bookings! Book before 31 January and you can save much money. Check the website for a membership form, for all kinds of amazing information and for a spectacular progress report. Yes, really, our progress report is utterly gorgeous. They're supposed to be persuasive but a bit dull and worthy, but we forgot to tell Jane this and she put all kinds of stuff in it. And we haven't even announced half our amazing plans yet!!
The second thing is exciting for me, but not maybe the rest of the universe. I have in my hands a copy of volume two of The Greenwood Encyclopedia of Love, Courtship, and Sexuality through history. Yep, sex in the Middle Ages. Fie on anyone who imagined I made things up when I taught this subject! Mind you, my entries are pretty innocuous, even though one of them does occur directly after the entry on bestiality.
