Jan. 6th, 2007 01:24 pmToday I'm juggling lots of things and simply enjoying watching the balls fly in the air. I'm printing my last fifty pages of recipes in the hopes of finding some testers. I'm watching ET in bits and pieces and reading two books in bits and pieces and working out what to do with a bunch of delayed writing decisions (which requires reading another two books - I will be reading a minimum of three books' worth of fiction today, it appears). And I'm doing bits of housework and packing and chatting with family and sorting out which friends I can catch up with in Melbourne. If you're in or near Melbourne and want to see me in January, either email me this weekend, or ring me in Melbourne (my mother's number - if you don't have it then email me, preferably this weekend).
If I finish everything today then I get a brand-new juggling act for tomorrow. Tomorrow's juggling act is more writing than reading. If the day is perfect (hah!) I will finish with 3,000 words, but the very least I can get away with is 500.
Monday's juggling act is all about acting on today's and tomorrow's. Finishing stuff so I can start training for a whole new juggling act which I think I might call "Writing and Teaching 2007."
